Google make changes in its privacy policy and it will start showing its new version from March-2012. But is this new policies affect the seo, site ranking?

There will be changes if someone uses the "Search Plus Your World" of google, this means that pages that your friends or connections have shared on Google+ will appear higher when you are searching for a relevant term. If you use the usual Google search engine there will be no effect.
The reallity is that the web is turning social so you should try make more connections (espetially on Google+) in order to increase the visibility of your site...
