Does adsense niches actually work?

If anyone has any GOOD or BAD experience let me know as I see lots of newbies including myself being brought into this area.

Building niche sites does actually work to build an income. However you need to do good keyword research in order to find a niche that will be profitable and that you will be able to rank for.
