How can i boost my page rank?

so i just started a new site and for this one i want to work on my google page rank i want a pr 3 or 4... im looking at many offers some for "effective seo optimized linkwheel" i also see offers for ".edu links", and some for "1000 backlinks"...

First what is this effective seo optimized linkwheel? and can i just do it my self? how hard is it? just make a wordpress site thats easy..

How good are these warrior offers that get you .edu links... and can i do that my self too? can i just find any .edu site and find a way to get a link on it or is the warrior offers better because they can get you on a better .edu site?

And i hear 1000 backlinks really fast can get your site "google sandbagged"? so you need to find a person who offers a drip feed right?

You should try getting backlinks to your site. You can backlinks by posting comments and posts on dofollow blogs and forums respectively. You can also try article marketing to promote your website

For boosting pagerank you need to get quality backlinks of high pagerank as well. Backlinks from .gov and .edu sites helps a lot here. See don't run behind getting 1000 of backlinks in one shot or something similar, its only quality work that will help you in getting good ranking whether it is pagerank or SERP. Well as far as warrior's .edu backlinks is concerned I think you can go for that though I haven't used it ever but I am sure it is worth.
SEO works like commenting, submission of quality and unique articles and blogs on high PR sites will help you getting faster results. Content is the most powerful king to get you your desired results and submissions and backlinks from niche sites is also better.

yes building backlinks in a short period of time is not good to our sites , so it is better and safer to build backlinks slowly.

About, finding high pr sites, it is not easy for them to find especially for the high pr sites which are related to your site. It needs a lot of them to find them manually but if you use some software finding them it is easy but some of the results are not accurate.

It is right that if one get links from the .edu or .gov sites then it be more helpful to raise pagerank easily than normal links but it is so tough task to get links from such sites. So instead of that try to get links from the high authority sites with providing the unique content in your submission and then you can get more backlinks also and with that due to the quality backlinks your site rank will update positively.

My new site got to PR4 in 6 months, and more importantly is doing well for high competition keywords in SERP. There is no magic formula, it is just spending the time to find high PR backlinks. I didn't buy any, my starting point was looking at the backlinks of the competitors I wanted to overtake, and getting as many of the best ones for myself as I could.

.Edu backlinks are reliable and fittest you might have noticed the .edu sites have greater PR than .net or .com etc.

To increase PR you need backlinks from high PR sites. and not just backlinks on sub pages on high PR domains like forum profiles or blog comments but a genuine backlink on a page with high PR.

Almost everyone I say agrees you need High Pr ranked Backlinks to increase your PR if that is your goal. I have about 20 blogs ranked pr 4, 25 3 and several more 2’s that are newer . I only use Automatic tools I do not do it manually.
Problem is many tools use very low pr sites, thus you do not gain any PR or quality backlinks. A few tools use high quality sites or lets you add your on sites you find (scrape) to the data base. Done correctly and updated often( new sites added) these are the tools that can help with automation.
