Default Good SEO Workers?

Hi Warriors,

I'm doing SEO for my websites. I have a lot of sites and a lot of pages I need ranking.

The problem is I HATE doing back linking so I need to hire SEO workers to do this for me.

I've been using odesk which is good but sometimes I might as well be talking to a brick wall when it comes to communicating with some of the workers as they are from the likes of india and Philippines.

I just want a good reliable service where I can get good SEO workers to work for me. People that know how to do white hat SEO.

I'm ok with paying people by the hour and I'm ok with paying a lump sum for work all week.

Can anyone recommend a very good service which will see me get good results fast?

Kind Regards

Lee McKenna

We have a large staff of full time workers from the philippines we use for our own projects and are happy overall with what they achieve each day.

We do have systems inplace to train them and it took a while to bring them up to speed but now we are reaping the rewards.

I would suggest you take the time to find full time staff and train them selves, as workers on odesk and the like tend to be chasing the money and quality generally suffers in our experience.

The Google Plus Conspiracy Code is here. Everything you need to know about getting the most out of Google Plus. Real traffic, real rankings, and link love from Google - What's not to love?

I think you should work with someone in private... Usually, when you hire a seo services company they don't really give a damn, and their link building will most likely harm your site, by making it appear on bad neighborhoods. This happens because they offer the same link packages/link building campaigns to a lot of customers just like you so therefore, their value decreases to the point where you can get your site sandboxed. You should find someone that knows how to bring a good link diversity combined with social media promotion. I know some guys that I am currently working with (trained by myself) , if you like I can give you their contact details.

You can outsource your SEO work at oDesk, Elance, Freelancer and other outsourcing platforms. There are tons of SEO workers there. Just be sure to interview them wisely, tell them your expectations. I have a team of link builders in oDesk and Elance and they works great and satisfied me.

For looking good SEO workers you need to look for their feedback or reviews for their past projects/works..

Thanks for all your suggestions guys.

One thing I have a problem with when hiring workers on odesk is knowing how much work to expect from them in a 8 hour period.

You see I pay them buy the hour. But I'm not sure what is fair. I mean I have different tasks I get the worker each day.

Blog Commenting

Profile Links

Forum Profile Links

Press Releases

Article Writing & Submitting

Document Sites

Forum Posting

Link Network

Guest Blog Posts

Bookmarking

Directory Links

SEO Spyglass Backlinks

I give them training videos to work from...

backlinkworkers

But how do I know what is fair for both in regards to how much work they do in one day?

Take Blog Commenting for instance. How many comments should I expect them to do is 8 hours work for 1 day?

The same for all the other tasks.

I know some of you who have been hiring workers will have more experience and could give me a good idea of what to expect.

PS. I've found that when I get them to write the content and articles themself I get poor results because it takes them a long time to write and then spin and the text can be hard to read.

SO I figured I would start to go to iWriter : Article Writing Service | Get Content For Your Website, Cheap! and get my content from there which is very fast and good quality and the good thing is the articles come with spin tags.

This way I can just hand the workers the articles with the spin tags and they can quickly spin the articles and use that content for the SEO task.

This way there only really submitting content for backlinks. But again how much work should I realistically expect them to do in 1 8 hour days work?

ANy guild lines I should follow?

Lee

As link building is the most sensitive part of SEO, it is recommended to either:

1. Hire regional SEO specialists so that you can easily communicate and track their work. You can personally meet these guys and can discuss strategies for your websites. It helps a lot.

2. To do it yourself. As hiring from any freelance site has a risk of outsourcing to low profile link builders who have no basic knowledge of creating quality backlinks.

Good day,

No matter who you go with, ALWAYS get proof of their previous work. Then base your choice based on who has competed in niche's with similar competition.

Any newbie SEO can do some garbage on-page work and throw some links at a page when they have no competition and rank it....however it takes a pro to rank you for the top10 in a HARD niche.

Always get proof of concept my man, no matter who you go with.

All the advice given above is outstanding and all seems correct. SEO is tricky in that its like asking a carpenter to give you a price on building you a deck. Then telling him he can't bring over a few helpers and knock it out in a week. He can only work one hour, and only one hour, everyday. See if that effects the price. That is what seo is, its nailing down one board a day. That's what we do and we let you watch. It's kinda like be at the zoo.

All I want to say is that you really have to choose VERY CAREFULLY! As mentioned some posts above NOT every SEO service can help you to get a better SERP for your website. It depends on the quality of the pages where your link will be submitted, better choose a reliable SEO servicesm, but first read AT LEAST 100 member reviews, just then try to choose the best for you!
