Default What services to sell, or have you sold?

I had some home family hospital situations also court that really drained my funds, this last 6 months, need to make some side cash at least 30 bucks/day hopefully more

what suggestions do you have?
I am a pretty good writer and fast typer, So i can do that. but do you think there is enough demand for that per day? I dont think $3 per article is good but If thats the "in demand" price, what would that be? I would prefer $5 but I am sure thats for what? 500 words? Not so concerned about the price for each one as the amount of each I could sell per day.

Also any other suggestions would be appreciated. (things that sell well)

I would head over to Freelancer.com - Hire Freelancers & Find Freelance Jobs Online and look for people needing articles. Another good way would be to edit your signature to have something like this

"Need high quality Articles for $5? Add me on Skype and let me write for your projects today!"

or you could join iWriter : Article Writing Service | Get Content For Your Website, Cheap! and find work there. Also you could post a thread in the warriors for hire section about your service.

If you can write pretty well you can easily get $5 per article.

$3 articles are pretty much spun trash and loaded with grammatical errors.

so how to market the $5 articles and how long are those articles typically?

Yes I can write pretty well. I am not a journalist but In college I did take an advanced expository writing course for English writing majors, (I was pre-med at the time) and I was the only person in the class to get an A.

For some reason the rest of the class could barely write a coherent sentence. It was baffling to me.

But thanks for all the tips

Well he was referring to whether or not he could fetch that price, and you can totally get $5 if you can write half way decent.

What constitutes a word? an actual word? or a certain number of spaces in a line?

Hi,
I would definitely not charge less than $5/article at the start. If you are like me, I spend time researching so that my information is accurate, and so you have to think of your time spent doing this. If you write well, you can develop a good reputation and charge more later.

so if I go to the Inn

thats 7 words
even though a lot of places consider words as 5 spaces, so they count any word as a word no matter how small?

Yes word is a word.

But yes "so if I go to the inn" is 7 words.

To reiterate, it's that number at the bottom of your MS Word document.

If you can write as well as you say...you can get a lot more than just $5 an article!

The trick is to build a name for yourself...people need to KNOW that they are getting quality from you.

check out textbroker.co.uk as well...

You mean here in Warrior Forum? Of course, I think they charge $20 if you are selling a service. In this way, it's a good chance that you are building your own name or brand to be recognized by others.
