|  Tryng to speed up my site, keep the extra seo?
right now im using a woo theme that has a built in SEO, which i have disabled. i am currently using all in one SEO for WP, is the woo seo any good or should i keep the all-in-one seo plugin?

I usually disabled woo SEO and use All in one seo or platinum seo pack. All in one seo works better for me.

All in One SEO pack is Effective as compared to Woo Themes! You can also used advanced level wordpress SEO plugin by Yoast, Which facilitates you for creating sitemap as well!

adding the w3 total cache plugin to your wordpress site will speed things up for you...

w3 total cache plugin brought my site from a Google speed test 50% to 74%. It's definitely the easiest way to boost your speed from my experience.
