Which one is better when considering SEO. I have a webshop and would like to add a blog to it, should I put the blog on a subdomain like sub.domain.com or domain.com/blog. Which one is better? please explain as much as you know. |

From SEO point of view the better would be folder like domain.com/blog This way PageRank flow from you blog will feed your main domain. If you would go for subdomain it would not bring as many benefits. |

Yes I would also choose an internal folder instead of dedicating a totally new subdomain to the portal which might probe a bit tricky to maintain in the long term. Thousands of websites can be found with folders which contain blogs and since they are so easy to reach via FTP tools, so you will be able to control your contents, blogs graphics and other items with ease and quickly. From PR passing aspect, using folders instead of subdomains can be also another idea.
