Wtf. Just noticed my site, which is online since around christmas just jumped from 0 to 3 PR ? How is this possible? Anyway I like  |

You know what. Now that I've seen this and heard several of my other friends mention this, somethings weird about a good amount of my pages have jumped to PR3 (no other) and so have my friends. Do you use SEOQuake to check?

I think Google had an update which upgraded many people's websites PR and donwgraded it's own -thanks GOOGLE

I got the same thing a few days ago. Pr0 to 3 on a 2 month old site. I did go a bit backlink happy though lol. |

I have also seen - act. before few weeks of this update 1. website of my frnd which was just 10 days old was showing 2 PR & we didnt come 2 know what was going on and 2-3 days later the PR was back to 0 & Even yesterday 1 website which was 17 days old got 2 PR & my 2 month old website which was better then that 17 days 1 ... didnt get PR update  So people who got 3 PR - are luck hope it stays same - & keep maintaining links or else .. u can drop down faster then where you reached ! |

Yep. My Backlinking SEO strategy seems to work, so I'll keep it up for my upcoming sites. Anyway, I have to get up from #4 to #1 in SERPs, PR won't help me that much I guess. |

I did both. Site was online on 23 of decembre. Just did facebook,twitter, youtube and some article directories. Strenghten them with a lot of high pr Blog backlinks. A bit of social bookmarks and blog commenting. |
