Lightbulb Advertising Effectiveness

Hi,

With regards to PPC as a form of advertisement, I wonder if it's possible to evaluate its impact like measuring the persuasion effects and sales effects. I know the latter seems realizable since ads can increase sales. But is it really possible to keep track that increase in sales is really due to advertisement?

Not sure, I've tried almost everything.. I run ads 24/7/365 maxed out, with the lowest CPC and on every page possible for my local area.. Not hoping for clicks but to put my business name in front of their face. Also adding a phone # works too. My goal has always been this..

Ads that convert, get clicks. & Ads that don't convert, get brand impressions. It's almost free advertising when done right. It's a good feeling to see your name for every keyword you can imagine and your business name up there.. All while you pay nothing, because you set up the ad format to be reduced in CTR.

That's off topic.. But Adobe has a product out where you can see the PPC leads generated off Google. And you can see how much you spend, how many clicks, what % of those clicks were leads, and how many of those clicks produced sales. All per keywords, CPC, etc. Really useful tool, I can't remember the name though..

Advertising has the influence to convince. It has the influence to change markets and recover profit margins.
