Please Critique My SEO Excerpt that Appears in Google SERPs

i want to attract more click-throughs into my product review site. i know there is a lot of room for improvement but i don't know how to write an attractive seo write-up.

"We review the very best wine coolers and wine refrigerators on the market. Read these reviews and find out which wine coolers are best suited for you."

will take any and all recommendations

Presuming you are targeting wine coolers and wine refrigerators, it sounds pretty good to me.

We review all the wine coolers & refrigerators on the market. Let us help YOU find the perfect one for your home!

i like this one. does the "&" symbol negatively affect seo though?

I like the first one, in terms of SEO.

In the second one, the second part " Let us help YOU find the perfect one for your home! " is only a generic sentence has no relationship whatsoever to wine coolers. It is so generic it has ZERO SEO value. The first one is good, it also repeats "wine coolers", emphasis on "reviews" and "best". WAY, way better.

Overally, aside from the site META description, do not over-think descriptions too much since Google does not "pull" description you give eg for posts. Google does indeed assemble descriptions from your content to make the description which appears in the SERPs relevant to the particular search phrase at a given moment.

Edit: I just invented a new word, "overally"

thanks. i'm more concerned with making a more attractive description for google searchers to want to click on vice seo affect of it.
