How many of you are doing PPC ....
and how many want to do PPC but too afraid?

I am creating a free ebbok - PPC for newbies and want to know who might be interested in PPC.

Just scratching the surface of PPC this year. My goal was to expand my business from SEO, to venture into some PPC as well.

I recently got a free $100 in Adwords from Host Gator. So I took a shot experimenting with a $10 a day cap. That way I get my feet wet and can not lose any of my own money for 10 days. After 10 days I can reevaluate and see if this campaign is really worth the effort.

many people are afraid to get into PPC but PPC is THE FASTEST way to test any niche and keywords to see if it could be profitable.

If you only rely on SEO you it would take a lot longer to get the data you need to see if that niche is worth going after.

Many times you do not need more than $10 a day to test a niche. Afetr a few days you can quickly see if your getting any conversions? I use this technique all the time to see if a CPA offer is worth promoting.

I also go after the LONGTAIL keywords to keep the CPC low.

My first venture into affiliate marketing used PPC as my traffic generation method. I wasn't making money, but I wasn't losing either - I was learning and I loved it.

Then stuff happened, and I chose to leave AM entirely for the stability of contract work.

I came back to AM about 6 months ago but this time going the SEO route. I like SEO, but it does take forever to build up traffic. At least I'm in the black with it and it's paying a couple of bills.

I'm looking forward to the day that I can justify a regular monthly budget for PPC, because even though I did okay the first time around, I can see how much more valuable it can be.
