|  Where To Place Videos
Hello, I would like to produce some videos for the purpose of helping to rank some of my sites. Would it be better to put the video on the site itself or place it on YouTube with a link to the site. The primary purpose is to help with SERP. Thanks |

If you have good hosting and your own player (jwplayer license or other), then place video on your site, if not upload to youtube and embed this video.

You can do both. Uploading to Youtube has its positives - you can get traffic to the video on Youtube per se and then drive this Youtube traffic to your site through a link in the video description. So that might be something to consider.
