Analysis of Keywords？

Hi, guys
I am a newbie, I would like to build a site, I found out a keyword, and I analysis it using Market Samurai, the results is as follow. How do you guys think the results? How is it's competition?
I want to listen to your advice.

not familiar with market samurai.. what is the column IC?

After watching this image its hard to use market samurai. I use Google ad-word keyword tools and wordtracker for keyword analysis. Sorry man.

Index Count - This will tell you how many keywords are currently indexed and your competiton rate is.. Don't know much..
