| Sure, there are tons of great services on Fiverr, but it can be hit or miss. Tony Hayes did a great WSO (don't have the link) about outsourcing all your SEO on fiverr. You should look it up.

Just like with any service that's affordable, you need to make sure you do a good amount of research. I've never used these services myself but anything that can get me backlinks quickly worries me...as I don't think the quality can be all that high. Unless of course it's a paid service where a strategy is in place. I'm just a bit skeptical about anything that's tampering with my website. |

When buying gigs from Fiverr, make sure you do all your research. Ask yourself this question...Did they do a good job for others? If they have, then you are safe to move forward and purchase this gig. I would avoid the gigs that say they will add thousands of backlinks to your site. I would go for quality. Look for users offering 10-25 .edu backlinks or social bookmarking gigs. Good luck! |

I run a couple backlinks gigs on Fiverr and I regularly get repeat customers, especially for my edu gig. However, I also have a 10k blog commenting one and it cracks me up the stuff people point that at. Like blasting their main site.

Yeah. I have used fiverr services to get backlinks. Mainly I buy blog posts and home page backlinks. These are cheap to buy. Most of users buy spammy links and waste money.

Pretty much a hit and miss, but if you have sites that are stubborn and have been stuck under the radar for too long, try some fiverr gigs for a chance at revival.

I agree, Fiverr can be hit or miss. I bought a gig for $5 that bookmarked me to a large number of social websites, but I didn't get any traffic from it. On the positive side, I have liked the gigs I hired for my blog and fanpage. |

When all is said and done, you will be paying $5 dollars. I have found that we normally get what we pay for. I have had good gigs with Fiverr, and I have also had flops. I agree with everyone saying that you should go with the best reviewed gig.

If you know who yo buy from. I have gotten some of the best .gov and .edu links EVER on Fiverr. I have also gotten some bogus ones. YouTube view package and Facebook Likes are usually pretty legit. |

| Fiverr offers these backlinks from private people who are trying to make money, I would first check the page rank of the websites these people are offering to connect the links to. You can also check out the reviews of the these sites in the Fiverr facebook page to see other people's reviews of these services.

If you know that you are providing quality backlinks, would you charge a mere $5 for them? Just sayin'

I suggest about squidoo, ezinearticles, hubpages. If you use software you will harm your sites.

Be VERY careful buying links on Fiverr. I know several people who have been penalised by Google for their Fiverr links. The types of links they get slapped for were: mass blog commenting mass .edu links mass profiles paid blogroll and sitewide links so be very careful if you are considering spending $5 on your business in this way - it could cost you a lot more and remove any chance you have for ranking top for competitive terms. |

It would not be appropriate to say that every linkbuilding service is not worthy on fiverr. There are some good quality ones also available, you just have to weed out the poor from the good ones :-)

Most of the backlink services in Fiverr are actually honest in being able to deliver what they promise. They need the good reviews to keep clients coming in so they won't risk fooling you (unless the gig is new and the seller is unreliable).

I just used them to rank my main keyword for a health and wellness product and now the only link that was above me is wikipedia. I also bought a link wheel with an article that they scraped and spun and gave me the master for an extra five bucks was totally worth it. Saves hours and they do it in their own software in like 5 minutes..... on Fiverr Sort by "ratings of the provider" the ones who have sold hundreds or throusands are pros ! I was on page three Now #1 in general and # 2 in quotes...... best $10 spent on marketing in a while. besides how many more sites could you have built in that time then get fiverr to help rank in a few minutes?Ryan Deiss , Anik Singal and many up and coming affiliates are using it because it actually works or they would not even mention it. below is my page to show I am not full of ca ca LOL. |

Just because something works does not mean you should do it - especially when for many people they lose their entire Google presence because of it. If you intend to sell services to people and use Fiverr to deliver them - be VERY Careful what you offer and what your comeback is if your customer gets a Google slap because of the cheap Fiverr links you bought.

| Andy's right. Bloggers need something to write about every day. Ideally they'd like to be able to make an affiliate commission on it -- witness the hundreds of dubious products promoted daily -- but if not (Fiverr doesn't have affiliates), they'll settle for something that gets your attention. Backlinks for $5? Who wouldn't read that? Sadly, you're as like as not to damage your site. Those glowing feedbacks are from people who don't even know if the links worked because they haven't given them time. Stop reading what Ryan Deiss and other bloggers write and start thinking about why they write it. You'll learn how to build influence, how to get a fan base and how to make a name for yourself. That's the best education in IM there is. And you don't have to pay a dime, all you have to do is pay attention. fLufF -- |

| I couldn't agree more. A fan base is like a momentum of your success. Once you get solid number of people who admire you and follow you, everything you say seems to be a "shared hidden secret".

It's a 50-50, I'd rather hire someone who can work for me long-term since I can manage them properly and I'd know that I can trust them. Of course initial and careful interview would be a pre-requisite before I hire someone to evaluate their skills.

I'm curious if there is anyone out there who has been slapped by Google due to the Fiverr SEO teachings from Ryan. It's been a few months since he initially shared that info, which should be ample time for someone in the beginning to try it and then get slapped. I haven't tried out any of the gigs he recommended yet, but have been seriously considering it as of late. If it does pose a pretty big risk though, I'll definitely reconsider. But if it doesn't, and these high-rated GIGsters are actually offering legit services, based off of Ryan's recommendations, it would be the best $25 spent on SEO this year. |

I think it depends on the competition of the keyword you submit to the Fiverr provider. The edu links seem to be more powerful - less quantity, more quality! It is true! You DO get what you paid for! Better to have fewer quality links, than hundreds of spammy links. Also, order the quality links, then order the scraper links to point to the first set of links NOT to your money page.
