There is no any short cut rules for quick index of your back links but you can bookmark your back link that will to index quickly but no any guarantee

No ways for instant indexing. You choose popular sites to get back links. Because populars sites have more chances to crawl by Google frequently.

Sometime you need to point google in the right direction and let them know where your backlink are. Try to bookmark your backlinks and make RSS feed for them and ping all with different Class IP, and easiest way is to get premium service

There are haven't any tools that index on 30 - 60 minutes but submit your links on genuine and authorize sites that get index very quickly and you can get benefits from it.

No.There is not any shortcut or quick tool to index quickly. SEO is not a magic to get index backlinks in 30-60 mins.

You will never get any exact way to get your backlinks indexed instantly or in 30-60 minutes. It can take 3 minutes to 30 days because it depends on search engine crawler to crawl your backlinks and index them. Do not over do anything to make this indexing process quicker. It may mark your backlinks as spam.
