Market Samurai; Does It List ALL Indexed Links?

I ask this because I recently did a large automated spun article submission, social bookmarks AND blog comments, yet haven't seen a single thing in the Market Samurai link checker.

The only links I have seen indexed there are ones I have manually submitted to only a couple of websites.

Anyone have experience using software but none of the links being indexed? Or does it just take a long time to get software submitted links indexed?
