I have to admit that AdSense never made me more than change, really.

However, on another webmaster forum there was an impressive post by someone who makes $15k+/month with AdSense. (Video proof was shown).

The strategy behind is nothing new, neither exciting.

Keys:

Good keyword research (what KWs pay most [derived from highest CPC], what traffic those keywords get, how much competition etc..etc..

Very good SEO and link building

Unique articles

Consistency.

I am trying this now since this requires a "little" more planning as opposed to your typical autoblog.

I already found an interesting niche.

Right now i am giving my blog some intelligent SEO (Silo) structure which i haven't done yet on any of my other sites. Basically this means: Well thought out structure of categories related to keyword(s), articles are in a "silo fashion" and interlinked within their dedicated Categories.

Nothing "fancy", but well thought out.

The hardest would be *preferrably* to get one GOOD backlink a day.

Wow, $15k+???

Amazing. Although yeah, SEO is really important if you want to earn through PPC.

I have not achieved the 15K figure yet but it appears that I should be approaching the 1.5k number later this quarter. The interesting thing is to incorporate the links within the text. I find some are interested to find out where they go. More looks may give more conversions.

this is pretty involved since the first time i have to actually "think" and make a really good wordpress structure. I also had to mod a theme.

There are some nice plugins, like "similar posts plugin", which would show "related posts" within the dedicated category for each post.

You are right, i still have to look into this with putting links in the text (preferrably linking to articles ONLY in the dedicated category). But thats doable since i dont expect more than 2 unique articles/day. (for now.) I can manually add the links, or maybe there is a plugin.

Yes, its a little balance act..because

a) we want people to click on ads (hight CTR templates/heatmaps is another interesting subject ...)
b) people should also stay on the site, but not too long

c) the site actually will/must have good content to attract SEs and visitors and get the rankings. So it just cant be a garbage site.

So..the last couple days i did KW research and i THINK i found a good niche w/ decent traffic and good paying KW...then i modded my fav. template for my SEO/Silo....then had to do some thinking about site structure/categories.

The other thing is, to get "authority" backlinks (which i hope) the site again cannot be a garbage site either...so there's definitely some work involved because i want it to look halfway decent. I should be done with all this once my first articles arrive.

What I think is awesome about the method is he is pretty much solely dependent upon SEO and backlinking for his traffic.

This may not be amazing to others, but when you are like me and depend on article marketing traffic only it's awesome to see how much traffic you can get without submitting a single article to an article directory.
