Can you get bookmarks for Betting related sites?

Is it ok/legal to get bookmarks (as in-bound links) for a betting related site?

By the way the site is only targeted for the UK, and betting is totally legal here.

Some social bookmarking allow betting sites to be bookmarked but as far as I know you just have to read the TOS of the bookmarking sites just to make sure you don't violate them.

Agreed. Every bookmarking site has its own rules. So long as you don't offend the hosting bookmark site, everything will be fine.
