Lightbox Aweber with adsense ?

Hello,
I readed the TOS concerning the popups for Adsense, but i just got banned for life from Adwords because i'm using the aweber lightbox on my site.
Well, now i'm concerned about this issue as i'm thinking if Google Adwords don't like my site why Google Adsense would like it either ?
So the question is simple, should i remove adsense from my site to avoid future problems or they simply don't care that much like adwords ?
The lightbox it's for our newsletter and we offer something for free in exchange of your name and your email. Adsense code is on the site not on the lightbox.
