It appears that it does have cost, I have to send him traffic. Why not just use a voucher finder and get your own without sending anyone other than you traffic.

Even with the adwords voucher,you get charged 5 or 10 dollars to activate your adwords account.

Also, you can get a $75 adwords coupon for $20 on ebay, that's what I do. You still have to open new accounts every time though which is a $5 deposit. So you are really only paying 25 cents for a 75 cent click, give it a try.
