I took part in the first launch, it was ok, but I canceled after two months, not the kind of value I was looking for. Be warned, if you go to the live event, it isn't exactly what you think it is, everyone of the presenters will pitch something and the overall knowledge they deliver may not be what you're looking for. On the other hand the live event this year is in Vegas that alone is worth the trip, but don't get your hopes up too high, that was just my experience with it. I do believe those guys are killing it in PPC and everyone of the presenters I saw in Anaheim are also really successful, I guess I was looking for more hands on "here's what you do" type of info and I didn't get that.

So it's a monthly membership thing? Not just a one time course?

It was when they launched in October last year then they had the live even in Anaheim in December. But now it's free.

It's not free. You pay a small S&H charge for the DVD and you get free access to PPC classroom 2.0 for one month, then if you decide to stay on it's $97/month. You can cancel anytime and if you cancel you will still have access to the training modules but won't be able to use the tools or get into the forum. That's the way I understand it at least.

the modules are pretty good, still one needs to put aside about $500 to get some experience on the PPC engines, get a feel of things. |

Thanks everyone for the replies. I was hoping to hear that others besides me signed up. I wondered if anyone has gone through the training with the excel spread sheets and could answer questions. I would like to have some contact with the presenters but it looks like they have a staff that dose all the contact work and that dosen't come till the end of the first month. After you pay your first $97. And of course that makes sense. Those of you who have gone through it before could you suggest a better place to go? Or another program to follow? Thanks for the help. |

I'm trying to find a PPC place with a really good forum, where people are helpful. Places I've been are ghosttowns, or filled with newbies and no experts Any recommendations anyone? Matt |

So far, I'd have to say that I prefer Commission Blueprint. Just my 2 cents worth. |

I signed up for a membership on first launch and found that the training materials were very good for newbies, but a little too basic if you already have experience. Still, if you are starting out it is worth it, IMHO. The thing about PPC from my own expereince is that it is a combination of art & science. No matter what gurus teach you, you still have to do your own testing and tweaking to find what works for you. I would suggest that you spend a minimum of $10 a day for just one ad campaign for a month (testing and tweaking along the way) before you add another. PPC is great when it works, but you can also lose your shirt if you jump in with both feet before you have time to really get a feel for what works for you. That said, you still have to get your feet wet, so go ahead and cautiously dip a few toes in the water and move ahead slowly. |

I'm in PPC classroom now since October. They've added more features and coaches to the lineup to mentor, train, answer questions, active in forums, etc. I can't complain for now because of all the live webinar training weekly, monthly, and q and a with Amit himself. Even though customer support is slow to answer for credit card issues, I still say PPC Classroom is top notch because of all the live training from top high class coaches. |

Here's my two cents, After many years of traditional affiliate marketing, I decided to try ppc. I bought two courses, Google Shadow, and Yahoo cash 4 idiots. Both programs told me how they make $100,000.00 a day while lounging by the pool. But both programs left a lot out for a new comer like me just starting out with ppc, which I did not realize until I started trying to set up campaigns and ad groups. I have sent a support email to both programs for help with a couple of questions, with no reply from either one. Once they get your money, I guess there done with you. They tell you the markets they are making a killing in, how it can change your life, and so on, but they forget little details like how to write effective ads, how to find cheap keywords for these markets, and other important details. Yahoo cash 4 idiots tells you his big secret is that he makes his money in the Forex trading market. Well I have done some really deep keyword research for long tail keywords, and can't find one I can use that has a bid less than $3.00 that will generate any clicks. If the product you sell pays $30.00, and your lucky enough to have a 5% conversion rate, you'll still be in the whole by $150.00. That's a secret I can do without. I begin to wonder about these guru's. I think the only way to go is to dive in and learn it yourself, which is what I am doing. I have lost $100.00 so far but I'm learning. Glenn |

| gjd6599 im not sure if ppc classroom is still free for 30 days but if it is just join. I have been learning by my self since dec 08 and I just joined ppc classroom. The problem is I cant test out my PPC ads properly because Ive been slapped with my main PPC campaign (slapped before joining PPC). I started a new campagin with a new niche I have a CTR of 3% though no sales after $30, though this might be the product type. Anyway its great, and for free ($10 dvd or whetver) u cant beat it. |

I think PPCClassroom is an awesome resource. Especially for the new marketer and intermediate alike. I'm sucking up all the PPC info like a sponge!

You have to be a VIP if you want to get your tickets answered (and that's going to cost you more than $97/month). As already mentioned, the modules are really basic - I don't plan on paying $100/month just for forum access and a weekly webinar.

As someone relatively new to PPC, i think its a very well laid out and thorough resource. I'm soaking it all up and plan to launch a couple of campaigns in the next 24 - 48 hours. I'll keep everyone posted |

I've joined PPC classroom 2.0 and the material is quite good. The support IS NOT! The tickets take about 2 days. I thought that the $97 would be for the VIP access. I was wrong. It's a one time fee of about just less than $800! I have not tried the forums out yet. The webinar so far has not been hands on. Just mindset stuff. I think the niche detectives are very good. But I'm wondering if about 100 people all go for the same niches they review per month, how would that effect evryone's campaigns. I have been making about $85 per day since I joined. There's no magic, you have 2 options. Direct linking via frames or landing pages. Do yourself a favour. Go with Landing pages, it will be better and Google will leave you alone (not get slapped). I use landing pages mostly. It seems to be working. profitwise I am up by $35 per day. Can't quite my job just yet :-) DZ |

Hi there, I joined PPC Classroom 2 a few weeks ago. I've found the info very easy to read and understand, a lot easier then the 3 other courses I've tried in the last year. I'm in the middle of starting my first campaign using PPC. ( still waiting for my first sale!) I had my worries about saturating the market with the niche detective too. In one of the webinars by the PPC's head coach Adrienne Devita, even she says that these niche's are not meant to encourage EVERYONE to do, just more as a guide and training tool. I personally won't be continuing with ND. I strongly suggest everyone to check out her webinars by the way she is awesome, some really cool over the shoulder stuff as well. |

Someone on here, I think on another thread, suggested Adrienne's webinar "How to pick an offer". Definitely check it that one out. I was just thinking the same thing on ND and also caught what Adrienne said about it. No going to spend another $20 on that even though I do think the info is good as a learning tool. Question: have you guys checked out the landing page template that we got as a bonus? I am trying to learn how to edit them in Kompozer and was wondering if I can change the top banners? For example the "product review" template has a black banner across the top (not sure what its really called) can I use some of the graphics they provided to change the color? I just need to know if this is something I can do in Kompozer. If yes then I can try to figure it out but if not then I can just figure something else out. I'm kinda bummed that it was implied that you did not need to have a website to do PPC and yes I know I can direct link but really that is only supposed to be for testing. And after a few days of testing I'm supposed to get that landing page up, and HELLO I don't know anything about creating a website! Even working with this template is hard enough! Ok sorry end of rant! | |

| Welcome to PPC Classroom! I have been a member since October. I hope you stick with it because you will learn a lot! They are constantly adding more content to the course. I would say it is well worth your time and money. Are you going to PPC Live 2009 Las Vegas?

malcasid - how are the forums? As you know, we have not been given access to them yet. I have read on here and other places that the forum was pretty much dead. However I am hoping that with the influx of new students and hopefully some new coaches it will be much better. Of course, if you are a VIP member then I'm sure its a whole different story.

I have been using PPC Classroom for about two weeks. 1 week in training and 1 week practice on my first adword campaign. I combined with GCDetective for keywords. The basic training is good and seems to be very useful info for a newbie, (which I am to PPC), however, the training for the editor is not as they state in the videos. I keep getting error messages on my adwords and it takes so much time to go through and individually correct it. I dumped it twice but the editor did not see that I had done that. I stopped my campaign after 5 days and $80 in the red. I will give it another try and go through the rest of the mods (I am at the end of 5) to see if it gets better. I do like their resources. Overall, I think the training section is good, but, don't really believe at this point that I want to fork out $97 a month more just to access a forum. I understand I get 12 months access to the training site as part of the initial signup. Just my experience. |

| PPC Classroom just announced a new tool being provided to members, included in the monthly fee (once you're past the free period). It's called "Optimize My Site," and is supposedly a high-powered conversion tracking script that runs on YOUR server. They'll be offering training and support, and paid installation services. Don't know if it's any good -- still a week away from having my card hit for the first month -- then I'll see if the tracker and forum are worth continuing membership. |

Hey SandraCee A quick way to put up a site for test or real is go to Weebly.com and build one for free. Then if your test is good you can register the site with your own domain and be good to go. w. |
