|  How did these vidoes get to the front Page of YouTube?
I went to YouTube just now and this video is at the very top of YouTube's home page, above established YouTube channels with millions of views. This person's channel is new and this is the 1st video created using this new channel which was posted 2 days ago. I wonder if these are real views and likes or if they were artificially done? |

Well this video is now on the Front Page of YouTube with nearly 1,800,000 views, 1,800 subscribers, over 29,000 likes, and 1,600 dislikes. This channel only has one video and this one video was uploaded 2 days ago with nothing SEO optimized. The only thing in the description is "No description available". There's no way this new video has gotten all this attention and boost in rankings naturally. It had to get some kind of major fake views to boost it to the front page of YouTube and then the exposure it got started getting it natural traffic. Quote:

The first video doesn't seem botted, you should thank Youtube algorithm for putting it on the front page. The second one is featured on reddit so it's pretty clear how it got it's popularity.

I cannot understand why this is happening... Even if those views and likes/dislikes are not fake, why the second video is on the front page by the time it not even having a description nor keywords?? Seems that Youtubes' algorithm gives a lot of effort on what its' visitors are watching and not on how much work the up-loaders did.
