Hi, What is the best way to make a direct link for an affiliate code: use a domain use a subdomain use a folder on your domain other? Or does "direct" imply using a domain, so one-on-one link maybe? And can you use all of the above or only certain types in Adsense ads & other PPC / CPA? OK, maybe theres a guide for this ? Thanks for any help clearing this up  |
