Adwords Google create a basic “Yellow Pages”

I heard " Google will help you create a basic “Yellow Pages” Web page for your business.
You won’t be able to make online sales on this Web page, but you can
provide enough information on the page for your visitors to call you, send
you an e-mail, or visit your actual business location."

they will give me 1800 number and tack how many people called.

1-this is going to be for a client.do I create a campaign in my account or create new one for the client?

Any advise or suggestions about this method?

That allows you to add your local business information to the Google business listings.

These listings are the ones that appear at the top of the results (usually with a map) for local searches.
