Default Weird Sandboxing... Anyone Experienced This?

I recently started a content site with SEO written articles to highly searched keywords with low competition. Went great for the first week, I kept generating backlinks, traffic was soaring. Now, every new post is sandboxed but the whole site isn't.

The older post still show up for their relevant keywords, and while Google has the whole site indexed, including the sandboxed articles, they're not showing.

Has anyone else experienced just new post being sandboxed before? Apparently I've generated backlinks to rapidly but those post survive. (how do news stories get around this when they generate thousands of backlinks in a day?)

Default Re: Weird Sandboxing... Anyone Experienced This?

One of my new blogs was exactly the same. Traffic was flowing and was getting some nice clicks coming through and then BAM! Many long tails even in low competitive areas sunk down Google and even my main homepage/index page fell a few pages down. I know that Google dances a great deal and this is a brand new blog which doesn't even have PR as it came after the previous update, but it still does wind you up.

Just seems that any new blogs/or sites can really suffer in their first few months, despite building daily backlinks and content. On another blog that has PR, I tend to rank very well for such long tails now, which shows that eventually a balance will come, once you have been around for a while. I'm sure you'll move back up soon, just keep updating as you have been.
