Hello All, I am here to solve an issue about my Google places listing. Here is my problem I was ranking very high in google places and then I changed something in address so they(Google) sent out pin to verify and it has been month and it has not shown back up yet. It will be a right way to delete the listing and then start it again?? Thanks |

It is not a good idea to delete existing listing and create a new one. Btw, have you properly optimized your listing soon after you changed address? Have you re-verified your listing?

| Thanks for the reply. I have one more question. What is Google Places ranking in the 7-pack? Can you please explain me?

As far as your question goes, reverify, and change all of your name/address/phone numbers everywhere else on the web. | |

If you have not received your pin from a Google Places address change it is a safe bet that within 4-5 week it is not going to make it to you. It could have been lost in the process or the mail. It usually takes a maximum of 2-3 weeks but we have seen this issue before. You can request another pin in the mail if you have not received it but doing this more than 5 times can lock the profile until a pin arrives. Leaving you with no choice but to create a new business listing. As said before, everything on Google Places has been recreated on Google+ Local now. So it may be something to do with that, since it changed about a month ago. |

Wait a second....you changed your addresses, did you change your web citations? If your citations are out of sync with your address, it will be trouble!
