How to run ads on adwords again after being ban by them?

Hi,

I got banned by adwords a couple of years ago and I intend to run some ads again for my offline business. Possible to do that again? Is there a way around it? Can I open a new account and use a different credit card?

Yes you can make sure when you sign up with new account use different computer or IP address,different info and credit card...
