Earlier today I was able to login to MSN Adcenter now known as Bing Ads. I just felt like my test campaign is running still and can't modify or pause it because I can't login. I'm afraid I'm getting clicks as I type this and being charge for it. What's up with Bing Ads?

It seemed to be fine and working for me 6 hours ago. I don't have much running, I'm kind of just testing the waters with them.

Well I wouldn't be asking here if the support is available today. I thought this is an isolated case. is there any problem asking here?

Well I'm using Mozilla (Firefox latest) I don't know but would definitely contact the support tomorrow.

I had the same problem and today is the 10th already can't access my account. I called supported and haven't answer yet. Anybody having the same problem today? |

I was able to sign in fine yesterday and now I can't login either. I've already tried on chrome, firefox, and IE.

I usually get into it fine with Safari, but now a drop down menu is asking for my username and password. Never happened before and I put in my details and it just goes round in circles saying I don't have access. Tried with Firefox too and got the same thing. Anyone found a way round it yet? |

I'm suffering the same, although my case might be a bit different. An hour or so ago, I was updating a campaign (adding keywords)... the page crashed (I think due to adding a lot of keywords at once) and I had to close and was signed out. When trying to sign in again, the page just stays still and doesn't let me in. It just erases my username and password fields after a few secs of hitting the sign-in button. Sometimes, it asks me to enter a security verification code, which I enter correctly, yet still no progress. Tried with diff browsers and diff PCs, but no use. Funny thing, is that I can login with one of my other old accounts and my friend doesn't seem to have problem login in to his acc as well. Think the issue is with only this account, so I called them up and they told me they are running an update and will get back to me after an hour. But this still doesn't explain why it is only my account that can't login. Also noticed in my stats, a sudden rush of unwanted traffic (geographically) to my campaign that I was updating. Do their updates cause them to go crazy? I need to pause that campaign asap. |
