How to identify cloacked links?

Hey just wondering how would i identify someone using cloaked links. Is it simply looking at source code, or are there any programs out there which can quickly identify a cloak link?

Spoof your user-agent to be the same as the GoogleBot, visit the page and see if there is any difference.
