Did MSN just ban my butt?

Once I fill out the form, it just circles me back to the main page asking me to put in a "valid URL", even though there is one there.

This just happened in the last couple of hours.

Can anyone else submit a page to MSN right now?

ban in MSN? this is the first time i heard one. Mostly in Google's..

Never happen to me.Maybe some bugs in your browser or cookies.Try clear cookies/cache and restart your browser.Maybe this help.
