Good old Market Samurai gets my top vote. SEOMOZ as well if you have the budget.

rank tracker giving me troubles lately... can't find proxies to work with it and so i have to adjust the settings to check once every HOUR or something... how do you guys use it? |

SEOMoz is my favourite one. By the way, do NOT foget that there is NO 100% accurate rank checker, so most times you will see about 75-80% max of your backlinks!  |
