Looking for a PPC Guru to Hire

Hello,
I am looking for a Google PPC Master to Hire. I have experience myself with Google Adwords, studied Perry Marshall's materials, understand most of the concepts but just don't have the time. I have actually set up a campaign, written split ads for each group of keywords, used purchased software to select the appropriate keywords, etc.
I can go into more detail of what I have already set up but what I need is someone who has a lot of experience with PPC and proven track record. Send me any detail you can about you hire rates, experience, etc.
Please be patient with my responses for those who are interested as we are expecting twins any day now...

PPC Guru wanabe Michael Skowronski here. I am just beginning a PPC Management company. I do have some experience and successes with PPC Management. I enjoy working with it and I know how time consuming it can be to manage your own account. This is why I am now building a business managing PPC accounts for other people.

Any intelligent person who does the split testing and fine tunes the ads on a daily basis and gets results can be a guru…it is just a matter of putting in the time and doing the work. While I am new to managing accounts for others, I can do the job and would love to have the privilege of managing your PPC account.

Honestly, if someone really knew how to setup profitable campaigns consistently, they'd be working for themselves rather than getting paid hourly for other people.
