low impressons great quality score

Hey Warrior

Ok, this seems to confuse me but I set up a pretty good PPC campaign where my keywords have quality scores of 7 and im paying about $.23 a click but I'm only gettng about 100 impressions a day with about 2 clicks and a average position of 3.5. I have my max bid at $.32 and im still on position 3 to 5 usually. I have my campaign setting on accelerated with a high budget and content network is turned off. My question is why is my impressions so low? Is it because of competition or maybe my keywords are TOO targeted?

Its not enough information to tell. Maybe the keyword you are using simply is not searched enough.

Also, your daily budget, credit with Google, and CTR history can effect your impressions. They will throttle you.

Also,In positions 1-3 you will be syndicated onto Google partners (aol , ask ect...) and below 3 you will not.

So does Google throttle new Adwords users, or do they throttle every new campaign you start?

I did do a lot of research on these keywords and found they do get a good amount of traffic.

google throttles new users. I am not 100% sure about every campaign but I am sure they must be taking some history of keywords into account.

No can tell you for sure because they keep this all hidden.
