Finding High PR sites that allow commenting / profile link

Anyone have any suggestions on how to find High PR sites (5+) that allow either to post your profile with a backlink, or comment on them?

Researching yourself can take way to much time to find them. So I HIGHLY recommend signing up for Angela's backlink monthly package. I just got it about 2-3 weeks ago and it made a HUGE difference. It is a huge value and you get the first month free. She sends you your first packet of 30 sites where you can get back links via profiles and commenting and most of them are around PR 6-8. So how much this Angela's backlink monthly package costs?? Sounds good, but is it expensive?? I have also been thinking to buy direct backlinks.

I've taken to bookmarking high PR sites constantly as I surf around each day. Over a few months you build up a long list.

sites at Alexa and work your way through the
list to find high pagerank sites from the list
that allow commenting and profile link,

Search for "high pagerank dofollow blogs" in google. plenty og updated lists.
