|  Targetting ALL English speaking countries in Adwords/YPN/MSN?
Hey guys, I want to try expanding my affiliate campaigns into other countries to see if they bring in some more sales. I'm currently targeting US,UK,Canada and Australia as they're all English speaking countries. But is it worth targeting all countries and selecting "English speaking only"? So I'll start targeting countries such as Spain, Germany, Japan, etc but I'm worried that they don't actually speak English correctly and get bad CTR and conversions! Does anyone know if by targeting these additional counties I will get what I'm after. Which is people who really do speak good English in those countries so they can read my ads, landing pages and sales page? Also, would you recommend they all the countires be targeted in the same campaign as US,UK etc or duplicate my current campain but on targeted the new countries? Thanks all! |

Hi Danmuza, If you are happy with your current setting and want to expand your reach , you can use other English speaking countries . But, there are some important points that you need to be aware. That is … When ever you start with these new regions, make a small test campaign before you jump to massive campaign. Another important point is that – create a separate campaign for every region you target. I hope it helps. Mike |

A lot of people use cracked copies of windows downloaded off the internet. Typically these have english as default setting so a lot of non english speaking people have english as the default language on their pc. Google uses this setting to determine what language they speak.
