You should definitly check yahoo.com. Go to yahoo and type: linkdomain:yourwebsitename.com That should give you a lot of results. Yahoo does not show all of the latest backlinks, but I think that it does the best job. Google only gives you a few results. |

The best is submitting your sites to Google Webmaster Tools and track your backlinks there.

I think Yahoo explorer show the best number of backlinks, then comes google webmaster tools. I only use these two to check backlinks as if a backlink is not detected by Yahoo and Google, then I guess that backlink is not worth much |

I use Link Diagnosis - examine your link competition it's by far the clearest toll to use, and pretty quick. Good for check out competitors backlinks on the fly

Why not simply use the old fashioned method - one that does not need a great deal of work (Google Tools are the way - but this works too) Enter your site name without the .com or whatever, and leave out the www 'yoursite' with the '****' included - you'll pick up other sites with the same name but on different .co.uk .org etc - just place it in a google search box. |

Backlink Watch is an excellent tool Backlinks Checker Tool - Backlink Watch This indicates whether your backlinks are follow or nofollow and how many other bank links each banklink source have. It is meant to show PR ranking for each site as well but that has never worked for me. |
