My all website speed slow down

i have Godaddy dedicated server but all sites that belongs to this server go very slow , taking too long time to respond since yesterday.

When i chat with Godaddy then they ask to contact to internet service provider and said that all sites only slow in India, and working fine in USA.

Now what should i do in this case.

You page is fine in Canada as well. I guess they are right it's ISP issue.

  how can i contact to ISP's, as there are many, i think they will not understand such type issues.

Your website is loading fine. I don't think it's having any problem. May be your internet connection is slow.

  Bad news, actually godaddy can't support a Phone help in India.
  You can also use godaddy forum help or drop a token to support

  Your website loads in under 2 seconds in the USA, which is OK, but since your targeting the Indian market the load time in the US is irrelevant.
  
  I don't know of any tools that check load times in India.
  
  Since you are targeting the Indian market, you might consider switching your IP address to one hosted in India. Some experts believe this will help with your rankings (and also improve your load times in India).
  
  I would imagine GoDaddy should have no problem accommodating this request.
