Hi ebuyer123, Having your web page content copied without your permission is different than having your page hijacked (aka 302 Google Hijack). Which one is it? |

Boy, what a lazy guy. Can't even be bothered to do his own header. You should send him, his hosting service and his registrar a DMCA notice. Possibly even his affiliate network if you have his affiliate id. Might get him banned at his affiliate network. His hosting service would probably take it down pretty quickly. |

Hi ebuyer123, It might help if you didn't make the link to his website active here, since you are creating a backlink that may help his site rank over yours in SERP. All you can do is send out DMCA letters and threaten legal action. Don't waste too much time and money on these parasites, just leave them in the dust with superior promotion of your own website. |

Thanks for the cool tool , i.e. image Stamper. The main thing here is not a copyright issue, but a theft or daylight robbery in which my entire ORIGINAL webpage is being used on another phishing website own by someone else. By the way, I afraid that this bad guy is going to use his phishing website: paydaylloandirect .com to collect loan applicants' pesonal information for illegal uses. Therefore, for the good sake of poor people, I think it would be a good idea for me to reporting this website to organisation like the "Consumer Federation of America" (CFA). Any suggestions on this? |
