I arranged my ad placement in my website and saw some increase in Google Adsense revenue.

Right now adsense is my only monetization strategy. ( I am trying to build a list but it is going super slow)

My question is about Google Custom Search. Is it advisable to put in on your website. If people click on ads from Google Custom Search, you get paid. Is it correct? Although, they will leave your site and never return. But then same thing happens with other adsense ads.

Yes, you'll get paid for the Ad clicks on Google Custom Search. Yes, traffic will leave your site when they click an Ad in Google Custom Search, that's how you get paid, by generating traffic for the Adwords advertisers. If your site is useful the traffic will return.
