Low QS on New Keywords

Hi guys,

I have this campaign in adwords that's telling me my ads are not showing
due to low QS. But that was right from the start, the moment I entered my keywords.

I checked to see the reason for my low QS and saw that it was "landing page not relevant". The thing is that my landing page is available only in the US and when you try to access it from outside US there's a different page showing which is HIGHLY irrelevant to the keywords.

Have you had the same issue? How do I tell the adwords system that the reason the landing page is irrelevant is because it's been trying to access it from outside US (UK)?
