Can't Seem to install adsense on 2 sites and they are no where in the SERPs?

Just come back to 2 of my sites to find that first; they are no where in the SERPS. (I didn't expect page 1/2, but these are only med competition long tail keywords with EMDs, so I though they would naturally be around page 3 once I wrote a few articles on them.)

Done a small amount of SEO and no where!

Then I saw that the ads that were on there (google adsense) are no longer present and when I try to add more (easy adsense plugin) they are not appearing?

Are these 2 events connected?
And
How can I change this?

    I never use an Adsense plugin (skimmers).

    Turn Off the plugin & add an Adsense Ad outside the plugin.

      Yeah? Okay just tried that, still didn't work. Pretty sure the code was all fine, just put it in the sidebar and still nothing!

      Is this because the site is banned from adsense or something weird like that?

        Did you try another browser to see If the Ads show?

        Clear your browser history/cookies.
