How does Google treat tagged urls using the url builder tool?

I'm assuming the urls you tag with the Google URL Builder tool are considered unique urls just based on the fact that Google treats http://www.domain.com different from http://domain.com ?

I asked this @mattcutts on twitter but of course he won't reply

Anyone know the answer to this question? If I go tagging my homepage with the tool below, will those links just be filtered away to the supplementals and not be considered for passing link juice?
