This is so ridiculously simple it's mad.

It could be worth a lot of money to you this simple "black hat" tactic...

It is open for testing by anyone who "dares" to try.

It would appear that if you put adsense on your site, it doesn't mean google will index your site.

However, in a recent test, I found that by getting just 1 click to an adsense ad on my page caused google to crawl all over every page, link and backlink on the site within 12 hours of the click.

The black hat aspect if you can call it that, is that I made the click from a friend's house (hey my friend was interested in the ad, what can I say?)...

I now have a video on page 1 of google for a trend, and all my videos, articles, sites linking to the adsense sites are suddenly indexed in google.

So, if your site is not indexed and you want it to be, ad a google ad block and get your mum to click an ad for you or someone else.

This IS in violation of Googles TOS, but when it is one click and gets your site indexed, who in their right mind gives a "TOS"

It would seem to me that if you just drove a reasonable amount of traffic to the page you would get the click naturally. I think an occasional click on your own ad is not the end of the world. I have done it by mistake in the past, but google does have some ways of catching patterns, and I would be careful.

Indeed, "drive traffic to the site" and get that click is far more sane and ethical!

First, this isn't BlueFart at all, it is just retarted.

Second, by telling people do do this crap you are screwing fellow marketers who use adwords to make money. Sure, a few people doing it is a big deal, but as much traffic as this forum gets it could get out of hand.

I suggest anyone reading this ignore this terrible advice.

er...I can get a site indexed in a couple of days with even a half-assed amount of effort.

Submit a site map through webmaster tools and google will crawl all over your site within the hour.

And this isn't black hat, it's fraud.

Why are some people responding so "unkindly" to the persons idea. He could have used different words and everybody [well many at least] would not make a noice. But now he honoustly put it out here on the forum and "bam". If the comment needs correction - just do so kindly please. In his case he did drove traffic via his friend... ;-)

You know, at first I was going to say that having someone click 1 TIME on your ad to get your site indexed faster is no big deal...but then again Michael made a good point when he mentioned that if a lot of people start doing it all the time then it will be costing advertisers wasted clicks and money....I highly doubt that would ever be the case though since there are a ton of other ways to get your site indexed fast. Anyway, the method works I read about it about a year ago on bluehat seo and supposidly the reason it works is because the big G sees a tiny profit coming in from a non-indexed site and so it is in their best interest to get the site indexed as fast as possible to catch that income they could be missing out on by not having the site indexed....
