Good free tool for long tail keywords

Hi

I am looking for some good sites that will help find long tail keywords. I use google keyword tool and then put each kw phrase back in there but it doesnt seem to be cutting it for me, just wondering what else is out there. I am trying to find phrases with at least 2 or 3 thousand searches a month, is that about the minimum I should be looking at? I dont see much point trying to find lower than that.

Any sites you can think of much appreciated,

I have used Keywords analyzer. Very good tool for keyword research as it gives you number of searches, competition and adwords competition.

The best keyword link you can use is simply Google Adwords tool.
