Review This Site Option on Google

Am I just dozy or is this new?

In the search engine results by each Google result is an option to 'review this site'.

What does this mean from the perspective of us people building sites hoping to get them ranked high?

i.e. should we review our own sites - what notice will Google take of the reviews etc etc

Good question.. one I was going to post myself... also what about the button that posts the results to the top on your machine.. what if a lot of people did that?

I think that button is just for your benefit when you search for the same term again - so your favourite sites show up at the top - don't believe that is of any use in SEO terms.
