I'm a computer network guy and I see a lot of threads mention that you "ping" your website once or twice a week. I just realized that it does NOT mean to open a command prompt and type the word PING followed by my website IP. For the last two weeks I couldnt figure out how sending 4 small packets to my website would help it get more traffic... ![]() I'm such a noob!!!! |

Oh, at least you figured it out eventually, didn't you ![]() There are things that one can learn by trial and error only, so now you will know that for sure. And it takes courage to confess embarrassments, so definitely non-noob... |
