The new tool is showing the same data as the old keyword tool.

Click the Keyword ideas tab below the search box on the Keyword Planner page.

I see 800 keywords for a search (Local, [exact]), downloaded the CSV with no problem.

Click the little arrow at the bottom of the keyword list to look at the rest of the keywords online.

This is all basic stuff that's very similar to the old keyword tool, not sure why people are having a conniption.

I don't know what's the problem but below is what I get when I use it. Did I missed something? It is not showing related keywords..

I see the keywords when I search. The only thing I changed was the [exact] setting.

With Google Keyword Tool you will be able to see either exact/phrase/broad match for a given keyword. I feel that the results come more accurate while utilizing the new keyword planner that the old one. I also found that that the number of keywords I put into the tool has returned back with a good number of local monthly searches that I did this new planner. The keywords uploaded in a CSV file is as well a lot more expedient. After using the tool for last few months I would only say with my experience that I had a lot of positive thoughts. Hoping that this helps other as well as it helped me!

yes Old Keyword tool was Good but latest Keyword Planner also the best. But you have to know to use it properly...there are some difference in both tools But if you have use old keyword tool then you can also understand new one also.

When using this tool, search based on phrase matching only.

Exact is too narrow and broad is too broad.

Don't ignore search terms with less than 100 searches per month or none. Those keywords can work nicely for video rankings.

Remember, the Google keyword tool only tells you about the searches based on PPC. The terms found using the tool all get many more searches.
