Multiple ip hosting

Warriors,

i am looking for a Hosting company which

-Offers multiple ip's at lower cost,
-Good support

i have Hosgator with 1 ip, Competition can look over my all websites and try to reverse engineer them.
also If search engine bans this one ip, all campaigns will be affected.

any solutions?

dammit thats not even the right URL...

If you get hostgator reseller account you get multiple Ip's at an extra cost of $2 per month per IP.

It isn't 1998 anymore. Large shared hosts, like HostGator, use massive clustered server arrays that have 1000's of domains on each IP address. This means that it isn't particularly easy for a competitor to scour them to find your sites. Also, today, it is very, very, unlikely that Google would ban an IP address when it belongs to a large shared hosting company. The only exception might be one based in eastern Europe or Asia that's known for publishing malware, copyrighted material and/or spam.

That said, there is some advantage to having a diverse hosting portfolio. You might want to look into Host Gator's SEOHosting and Host Nine's reseller if you want a multiple IP address feature.

I have been using SEOHosting.com - for $35.00 per month you can get up to 5 Class C IPs and use each one of those for unlimited Add On Domains - if you desire. Of course, you can add additional Class C IPs as necessary. They are a sister company to HostGator and their customer service is top notch. Hope this helps. AW888

You can get dedicated IPs from your web host. Ask your web host sales/support department.

@Amfire if you're with Hostgator I wouldn't worry about the IP being banned to be honest - bgmacaw is spot on.
