MSN PPC cost estimate

does anyone know of a tool that'll estimate the cost per click for keywords on msn adcenter?

I;m pretty sure that as putting your ad in, MSN gives you an estimate of CPC for the keywords you selected.

oh ok. i kinda wanted to get around that. but if there's not a tool, i'll just have to go that route.
