SEO Friendly Skin/Website?

I'm looking to put up a SEO website featuring listings of businesses. I would like to put up affiliate ads in this site.

Can I get the best of both worlds? Is there any sofware or WP Plugin or anything that will allow me to put up 100,000+ listings (Site will be built in hierarchy fashion like state to city to business) and I can add affiliate banners or Adsense?

        Usually the WP demos will have a Google cache, have a look at the text version of the cache & you can get an idea about the default themes on-page SEO.

        Stay away from themes with a lot of javascript.
